3/4/20: Got up 7 AM. Managed to get to gym and swim 90 lengths+, 1.25 miles+ in 44:19, using 500 Kcal. Wt. 191 Got haircut, went to Home Depot to "cash in" coupon.
9/28/24: Woke 8:36, stripped beds, washed sheets and towels, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:31 using about 800 Kcal, weight 191.
3/27/23: Woke 7AM made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:45, using 800 Kcal, weigh 185. Plus 4 hrs making horseradish at synagogue, 1200 Kcal.
