3/7/20: Got up 7AM. Decided to use up very ripe bananas for 4 breads, had to go to Shop Rite to get Yogurt for recipe, got some other things there too. Came home, finished making the breads-had to taste test to see if they were poisonous...Went to gym, did 90 lengths (1.25 miles+), in 45:09, using 500 Kcal, wt. 192.
