12/30/18: Woke around 9AM. Had a smoothie (loose scat). Bundled up (while rest of family went to Starbucks) and got on bike and did a"quick" 16.4 miles in 1:20 using about 900 Kcal.
9/28/24: Woke 8:36, stripped beds, washed sheets and towels, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:31 using about 800 Kcal, weight 191.
3/27/23: Woke 7AM made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:45, using 800 Kcal, weigh 185. Plus 4 hrs making horseradish at synagogue, 1200 Kcal.
