 6/29/22: Woke 7:07, made beds. Spouse slept in other room, was sick. Did not sleep well myself with fan on. Did enhanced stretching and calisthenics and enhanced weights. 2:13, using 1100 Kcal.  Weight 181. Watered garden with rain water barrel.

 6/28/22: Woke 7:22, made beds. Did moderate stretching and calisthenics, 57 minutes using about 500 Kcal, weight 182. Sunny, high 70s, not humid. Went to Sculpture gardens near Nottingham, 2-3 miles of walking, 400 Kcal.

 6/27/22: Woke 7:20, made beds. Did moderate stretching and calisthenics, 57 min, using 500 Kcal.  Weight 182. Rained pretty hard during the day and some at night.

6/26/22: Woke 4:40. Went to Lindenwold, thought there was a food distribution going on for South Jersey Food Bank, but it was yesterday.  Cam home, made beds, did moderate stretching and calisthenics.  Then went to Koh Ami ceremony for depositing Torahs from MKor to Temple Emanuel (Koh Ami now).  Walked about 1 mile total. Weight 184.

6/25/22: Woke 8, stripped beds/washed sheets, made beds. Enhanced stretching and calisthenics. 1:39 using about 650 Kcal.  Then got on bike and did 17.25 miles in about 1:30, using about 860 Kcal.  Found a quarter and a set of keys.  Will try to track down owner.

 6/24/22: Woke at 7:33, made beds.  Did enhanced stretching and calisthenics. Somehow - added some side exercises which extends the normal 1:30 timing. 1:42, using about 700 Kcal.  Weight 182. Plus swim, 72 lengths (+2 warm down), 1 mile in 37:12, using 400 Kcal.

 6/23/22: Woke 8:27, made beds.  Did enhanced stretching and enhanced calisthenics. 1:40, using 700 Kcal.  Weight 181. Finally raining!
