8/30/19: Woke around 5 AM could not go back to sleep.  Went in other bedroom, read awhile, fell back asleep till 9AM Went on canvas (SJU) and checked to see if any of the homework had been turned in, nothing completed, 2 students took safety quiz but scored 90, I sent note indicating they had to score  100.  Then took down ballast for downstairs fluorescent lights and got in my bike gear to get new ballasts from home depot.  On way discovered that my NEW computer/odometer was not working.  Got ballast and then rode all the way to Wheelies to get that fixed.  Came home. 26 miles in about 2.25 hrs. of actual riding time, using about 1300 Kcal.  Wt. 182

8/28/19: Got up around 7AM and decided to swim before going to Morrisville to meet with teacher friend for dinner.  Did 110 length - about 2750 yards/8250 feet, about 1.5 miles+ in 55:43 using about 600 Kcal.  Wt. 182.5

8/25/19: Woke around 8AM. Did a little wood working, then went out for bike ride.  Found a cell phone and called the last number, and managed to return same, reward...$10.  Took it What the hey.  Did 19.55 miles in about 1.5 hrs. using about 1000 Kcal.  Wt. 185

8/24/19: My nephew was born, Matthew (?) Levin, my brother's son. Woke up around 8 AM.  Washed sheets and towels. Went to gym to swim.  1.25 miles 90 lengths, 45:55, using about 500 Kcal.  Came home moved a bunch of wood and cement blocks to scope out making a shed for snow blower. Doesn't seem reasonable to do this. Used about 300 Kcal.  Total Kcal=800.  Wt. 182.5

8/22/19: Went to Balducci's Auto, brakes.  Took a ride on bike while they evaluated car.  Went down Rt. 70 almost to 206 circle, then back Found some "lost" lic. and credit cards along the way, tried to track down owner to return same.  25 miles in 2.5 hrs, using 1250 Kcal.

8/21/19: Got up around 6AM-no idea why I could not sleep longer.  Did a number of errands, went to gym.  Did stairmaster time 26 min, speed 8, 1800 steps, 113 floors, 315 kcal, max heart rate 150+ treadmill, speed 3.4 mph, incline 7, kcal 430, time 44 min, distance 2.5 miles, max heart rate 138.  total Kcal 745 Kcal, wt. 181.

Tues. sunny/very hot and humid. Gardening/cleaning up outside (2 hrs.)(600 Kcal)

8/20/19: 66th b-day. Got up 8AM and went to grocery store, waited around for cleaners, showed up around 1-1:30. Cleaned out front porch, re-potted kitchen plant.  Replanted snap peas for 2nd round. Pulled all trash from rear deck to main trash to be discarded.  About 2 hrs, using about 600 kcal.
