Sat.Rainy/Cool/cold (Giving out food)(3 hrs.)(900 Kcal)(Wt. 187?)

 5/20/23: Woke 6 AM to get to Lindenwold Station to help South Jersey Food Bank give out food, 3 hrs. using about 900 Kcal.  Weight 187? Stripped beds, washed sheets and towels, made beds. Attempted to replace entrance way overhead light, but decided after a lot of wiring, that an electrician should be hired since I have no way of getting to the vaulted ceiling to replace entire fixture with the one we bought at Lowes.

 7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 186.  Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal.  Exhausted!
