 7/5/21: Woke 7:30, made beds, enhanced stretches + enhanced weights, 1:13, using about 650 Kcal, then changed and went right out and did 21 miles in the bike in 80 + degree weather.  Found 3 cents... Used 1050 Kcal, wt. 186. (Wt. right after biking was 183?  I know, just water weight loss...oh well.)
