Sat. Sunny/COLD (Total Gym and stretching)(30 min)(300 Kcal)

 12/19/20: Woke up around 10 AM.  Still pain in lower back and Rt. knee, still surface numbness from rt. knee down to ankle. Finally decided to get on total gym and do some upper body exercises and some sciatic stretches. 30 min. 300 Kcal.
