Thurs. Cloudy/Rain/then sun (B)(12.2 miles)(1 hr.)+ (Mow lawn)(30 min)(800 Kcal)

7/23/20: Got up around 7AM.  Cloudy, went out for ride figuring it would be a cooler ride, then ran into some heavy rain about half way through.  by the time I got back home,- no rain?  Strange. Took shower and then it was sunny.  Weird. Decided to mow law.  12.2 miles in an hour plus 30 min mow lawn, using about 800 Kcal.
