6/29/20: Got up 7 AM with phone call from Dr. Donn's office to make appt. to replace a lost filling.  &:30AM 6/30/20.  Then decided to transplant all the seedlings in various garden locations, clean all the chairs for deck, clean and set up glass table and umbrella, 3 hrs. using about 600 Kcal.  Wt. 191
