5/22/20: got up around 7:30. Decided to get mop and bucket from basement and mop the back deck to get off the pollen layer.  Then went to store for some groceries, then to Lowes for cement sealer. Brushed driveway.  2 hrs, using 400 Kcal.

 7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 186.  Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal.  Exhausted!
