4/8/20: Got up around 8AM. Went to Verizon store to get new controller for TV in kitchen. Then home. Changed and went for bike ride from about noon to 2PM.  (Stopped and talked with Palmere for few min). Got home, pulled garbage cans to curb, noticed that Spouse's side garage door not working properly.  Had to replace three heavy duty screws at front of garage.  Total usage, 1200 Kcal.  Wt. 189! Finally on my way down again!
