12/8/19: Up at 8AMWent to Mkor for few hrs to help with gift shop. Then home.  Changed, was going to go to gym to swim, but swim team there.  Decided to run a bunch of errands, stopped at Shop Rite to correct salmon purchase, collected about 2.60 difference, found a gold (?) earing, some change.  Went to Atco Speedway, found an iPhone.  18 miles, suing about 900 Kcal.  Wt. 185?

 7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 186.  Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal.  Exhausted!
