12/13/19: Friday the 13th! Got up 8AM. Was going to bike, but was raining. Went to gym, did treadmill, 3.7 MPH, 3.22 miles 455 Kcal, 5 incline. Wt. 187
3/27/23: Woke 7AM made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:45, using 800 Kcal, weigh 185. Plus 4 hrs making horseradish at synagogue, 1200 Kcal.
