7/14/19: Got up around 7AM. Decided to go out and bike before it got too hot.  Went 20.2 miles in about 1:40, using about 1000 Kcal. Grand daughter admitted to hospital.  We are not going up this week end.  Very unhappy.

 7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 186.  Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal.  Exhausted!
