Fri.Snow/cold (cleaned out basement)(shoveled snow)(6 hrs.)(1500 Kcal)

2/1/19: Got up around 8AM and decided to finish cleaning out basement.  While I was cleaning, etc... collected some stuff for donation to synagogue. Took off 2" of snow off driveway and sidewalk, salted driveway and steps to house. Dropped off donation and came home and finished cleaning out garage, 6 hrs. using about 1500 Kcal.

 7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 186.  Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal.  Exhausted!
