 10/28/24: Woke 8:51, made beds. Went to gym and swam 72 lengths+ 2 warm down lengths, 39:56 using about 400 Kcal.  Later went to lecture on "saving Democracy" at Franklin Institute, walk about 4 miles in 2 hrs. About 300 Kcal. Really over-did it.
