 7/31/24: Woke 7:50 made beds.  Spouse to hosp, abdominal pains, stays overnight. Kids apprised of situation.  Did rowing in basement, 8022 meters, about 5 miles in 41 minutes using 432 Kcal. Changed water filters and air filter, took out trash, got passenger rear tire repaired from a screw stuck in it., Got tax bill, due Aug. 1st. went and paid it. There was a "grace" period till Aug. 26th, but did not want to worry about it when we got back from vacation. Weight 194. Emptied out the dehumidifier containers.
