Sat. Perfect 73 degree weather(Stretched+wts)(50 min)(400 Kcal)(Wt. 193!)+(outside with grand daughter)

 3/27/21: Stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Woke 7:30, stretched + wts, 50 min, 400 Kcal. Was outside with grand daughter two times. Once just walking around, other time we went to playground. Wt. 193

 7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 186.  Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal.  Exhausted!
