 11/5/20: Woke 7AM, back has a twinge of pain left. Made beds and decided to mow lawn and get rid of leaves and needles, clear out brush beneath mailbox. 1:35 using about 1200 Kcal

 7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 186.  Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal.  Exhausted!
