7/2/20: Got up around 7AM. Met with Amiano for estimate on work to basement. After lunch went for long ride, 26 miles in about 2 hrs, using about 1300 Kcal. Wt. 189
7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal. Weight 186. Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal. Exhausted!
3/29/24: Woke 6:10 made beds, did shortened version of moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 50 minutes using about 500 Kcal, weight 192. Later went swimming with son and grand daughter, 20 lengths, 200 Kcal.
