7/9/20: got up around 6:30AM After smoothie, changed and went for bike ride. I intended to get lost, but kep hitting roads I knew, oh well. 1:40 21.02 miles using 1050 Kcal
7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal. Weight 186. Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal. Exhausted!
3/29/24: Woke 6:10 made beds, did shortened version of moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 50 minutes using about 500 Kcal, weight 192. Later went swimming with son and grand daughter, 20 lengths, 200 Kcal.
