6/30/20: Got up 6:15 to get to Dentist to fix lost filling in touch that already had a root canal and crown. Then went shopping for Aubrey, Ken, Kelly coming July 4th. Got Carbon monoxide alarm and bought 1 extra pepper plant and 4 eggplants and planted them. Cleaned grill. about 2 hrs. then went for bike ride, 1.5 hours using about 920 Kcal.  Wt. 186!
