5/16/20: Got up 7AM to go to Lindenwold to give out food- carried boxes, moved potatoes, etc.  Got home and decided a "quick" bike ride would work. 14.2 miles in 1:05, using about 700 Kcal. Plus washed both cars, 1 hr.
