Fri.Some clouds/Humid/some sun/humid (Give out boxes of food for So. Jersey Food Bank)(3 hrs.)(900 Kcal)

5/29/20: Got up around 8AM, had some yogurt and went 38 miles to location to distribute food for South  Jersey Food bank.  3 hrs. using about 900 Kcal. (After giving blood yesterday!)

 7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 186.  Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal.  Exhausted!
