Thurs.Rain/some sun/cool (Handing out food)(3 hrs.)(600 Kcal)

4/23/20: Got up around 7:30/. Had to be in Camden by 9AM to help with distribution of food.  3 hrs. of moving boxes and cases of water, nearly 500 cases moved, 20 one half liter bottles/case. 3 hrs. using about 600 kcal.

 7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 186.  Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal.  Exhausted!
