4/27/20: Got up around 7:30, strange dreams! Had a smoothie (1/2) and changed to row in basement. 10,016 meters in 48:20, using 560 Kcal. Last 400 meters spring at 850-950 Kcal/hr.
9/7/23: Woke 8:05, made beds, did moderate to enhanced stretches and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, PLUS hand weight and floor weights exercise, 1:37 using about 900 Kcal., then went outside and worked on shed for snowblower, 1:57 using about 500 Kcal, weight 188.
9/9/23: Woke 7:18, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretches and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, PLUS weights, 1:40, 900 Kcal, Weight 187. Then went to Hoboken and walked to Italian Festival and walked to Gemma's party and back, 3 miles, about 300 Kcal. Weight 187
