12/15/19: Woke around 8AM. Went to Mkor gift shop volunteer. Came home, went to gym to swim. 110 Lengths, 2750 yards, 1.56 miles, 600 Kcal, time 56:30, wt. 184.
3/27/23: Woke 7AM made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:45, using 800 Kcal, weigh 185. Plus 4 hrs making horseradish at synagogue, 1200 Kcal.
