7/16/19: Got up around 7AM. Drove futon to Charity Red White Blue, they would not take mattress portion. Went to Shop Rite, came home put away groceries. Went to township drop off and dropped off mattress, then went to gym, dropped off wooden name plate for Dom. Swam 1.25 miles in 45:17, using 500 Kcal. Wt. 183.5  lbs. Went to PATCO and got senior citizen Freedom Card. Came home

 7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 186.  Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal.  Exhausted!
