7/23/19: Got up around 7AM. Decided to go to gym and swim and do water aerobics.  Initially had pool to myself for 1st 40 laps.  Then one other person was swimming for the remainder of time I was in pool (woman). I made no contact with her. I completed 110 lengths (about 1.5 miles+) in 54:48 using about 600 Kcal then did water aerobics for 20 min., using about 200 Kcal.  Wt. 181!
