7/30/19: Got up 7AM, laid in bed till 7:30AM.  Ran errands...dropped off deposit at Columbia, and picked up plant and insect spray at LOEWS. Worked on lawn, edged lawn, swept, got rid of weeds in cracks and curb side areas. 3 hrs. 900 Kcal.
