7/4/19: Was telephoned on Wed. that I got Job at St. Joseph's University as Adjunct. Got up around 7AM laid in bed for about 1/2 hr. Finished up frame for my mother's  picture, then mowed lawn, edged law and swept up.  Total Kcal=1200  Wt. 183

 7/9/23: woke 7:44 stripped beds, washed sheets/made beds. Did moderate stretching and moderate calisthenics, 1:15 using about 600 Kcal.  Weight 186.  Then went with Kol Ami to Blueberry Hill, about 2 miles, using 600 Kcal, THEN decided to really clean the top of the refrigerator, taking out all the food from the main top part, washing all the shelves and stuff outside using the garden hose, 1.5 hours using about 450 kcal.  Exhausted!
