 10/31/24: Halloween! Waterproof/painted squares on deck and tried to find the drain pipe for downspout in front of house. 1 hr. using 400 Kcal. No weight.

10/30/24: Woke 7:05, made beds. Did moderate to enhanced stretching and moderate to enhanced calisthenics, 1:31 using

 10/28/24: Woke 8:51, made beds. Went to gym and swam 72 lengths+ 2 warm down lengths, 39:56 using about 400 Kcal.  Later went to lecture on "saving Democracy" at Franklin Institute, walk about 4 miles in 2 hrs. About 300 Kcal. Really over-did it.

 10/27/24: Woke 7:25, made beds.  Took down garden vines, 40 minutes using about 200 Kcal.  No weight.  Harvested last of the tomatoes.

10/26/24: Woke 8 am, stripped beds, washed sheets/towels, made beds. Did woodworking 1:30, weight 196.
